Studying For Student Module Of Distance Education Systems

Distance Education is the result of education reform and is also the tendency of education development in the world. The Technology of Distance Education which centers on multi-media computer and network technology offers an ideal learning environment of the talents needed in the 21st century.First, in this paper, it describes and analyzes general situation, content and principle. It analyzes technology, software and hardware platforms, the dividing of system function and the safety of system in detail.Secondly, the selection of software and hardware platforms is very important to the System of Distance Education, such as access speed, security and so on. The system applies Web, PHP, MySQL, VOD and Encryption, so the software includes Windows 2000 Server, IIS5.0 and MySQL. The paper discusses and analyzes the software in detail.Thirdly, dividing the system function into modules is very common in implement system. The paper describes the modules of the system and the relation of the modules, and analyzes the module of student in detail.At last, the safety of the system is important in any condition, so how to guarantee the safety of the system with any possible measure is a necessary portion of the paper.
