| In order to build the informationalized accounting work, Weifang City proposed the development idea of "five breakthrough’ accounting work:innovating management style, to achieve new breakthroughs in the use of accounting information; innovating management mechanisms, to achieve new breakthroughs in promoting credit construction; innovating support means, to achieve new breakthroughs in the development of intermediary institutions; innovating training model, to achieve new breakthroughs in building high-end talent; innovating education concept, to achieve new breakthroughs in the popularization of knowledge of accounting. Efficient and accurate accounting work is of great importance in the good development of the units, and even in the economic development and effective implementation of economic regulations. The level of expertise and operational capacity of the accounting practitioners will directly impact on the quality of the accounting work. Therefore, in response to the Measures for the Administration of accounting qualification issued by the Ministry of Finance, the Financial Bureau of Weifang City, started the development of safe and efficient accounting qualification exam training system.Based on the analysis of results of research and development of the domestic and oversea exam training management system, the project in accordance with the way of accounting qualification management, combining with the application background of Weifang Municipal Finance Bureau, design and implement the accounting qualification exam training management system, and accomplish the standardized and intelligent accounting qualification exam training management. This system mainly use J2EE as the development base and mainly use Struts+Spring+Hibernate and other protocol or technology, and use eclipse as a development tool, use MYSQL as database, use photoshop as interface landscaping tools, so that basically implementing the mainly function module of the accounting qualification exam training system of Weifang City.The development management of the system comply with the the UP life-cycle model and rapid prototyping iterative incremental principle. It use UML language to build model, and hierarchical design according to the MVC design pattern. We get the four major needed modules, including test management, learning guidance, performance management and user management. The examination management module help examinee participate in the accounting qualification exam online, including the process from reading exam rules to finishing answer after examinee land the system. Learning guidance is provided to the examinee to use the system for online simulation exercises, while the system extract questions and examinee answer the questions, and examinee can see the score and resolution for each question. Performance management is provided to query and print grade, mainly to facilitate examinee be able to view their grades at any time after the test, and print the transcript. Because of various categories of users of the system, we manage the allocation of user rights by user management of the system.This system will applied in accounting qualification exam training of Weifang City Finance Bureau, achieve the networked and automatic accounting qualification exam training and get a good application effect. And compared to the previous accounting qualification exam training system, the system does not need installation, which facilitating the user so that the user will be able to to simulate practice exam at any time as long as they can surf the Internet. The system is able to meet the advancement, practicability, and reliability of such kind of systems today, and will lead the new mode of accounting qualification examination. |
