| In recent years, with the rapid development of computer networks, multimedia andweb technology, the traditional monitoring system has constantly to update, moreuser-friendly direction. Computer network technology, multimedia technology and Webtechnology integration between digital remote video monitoring technologies has beeninitially applied to various fields of everyday life. The video monitoring system has been widely used, we can see it in the fields ofbanking, transportation, teaching, medical treatment, etc. How to create moreeffective compression algorithms, provide QoS and ensure security when deliveringvideo information have become popular in the video monitoring system. Digital videohas brought a new direction in this application because of its excellent QoS and networksecurity. The trunal of this project is to design a web-based multi-scene monitoring remotevideo surveillance system. The system is Web-access platform; users can videosurveillance in any location can access the Internet. At the same time, taking intoaccount the Internet bandwidth is tight, as far as possible, the large flow of real-timevideo transmission, the need to improve the traditional network transmission strategy. This system introduces a the P2P dynamic IP technology, B/S structure and RTP/RTCP protocol to improve fluency and real-time network digital video surveillancesystem and fully excavated and play the superior performance of the network videosurveillance. This thesis first introduces the research background and significance, andmultimedia network video surveillance system technology., and explores the role of thereal-time transport protocol and streaming media technology to improve network videotransmission. On this basis, a suitable schools use multimedia network videosurveillance system solutions.Second, the article describes the related technology in the Web-based remote videosurveillance system focuses on the current network media video used B/S structure.Needs analysis and the overall design of the initial system is divided into a centralserver, video server and client. This thesis presents a method based on B/S structure ofthe point-to-point connection, and the application of P2P technology transmissionstrategy of the system is improved, dynamic IP video playback solutions. Finally, this thesis focuses on the design and implementation of Web-based remotevideo surveillance system, and discusses in detail the implementation of remotemonitoring and management of multiple locations remote video surveillance systemuses B/S mode. The program for remote video surveillance system provides a full useof the existing Internet resources convenient, inexpensive technological means, andepitomizes a network of intelligent remote video surveillance system and videodigitization. |
