Intelligent Manufacturing IM(Intelligent Manufacturing)is a human-machine integrated intelligent system composed of intelligent machines and human experts.It can perform intelligent activities in the manufacturing process,such as analysis,reasoning,judgment,conception and decision-making.Smart manufacturing should include intelligent manufacturing technologies and intelligent manufacturing systems.Intelligent manufacturing systems can not only constantly enrich the knowledge base in practice,but also have self-learning capabilities,as well as collect and understand environmental information and their own information.The ability to analysis and judge and plan their own behavior.Of course,smart manufacturing systems are inseparable from intelligent control.Intelligent control is a very active and challenging field in automation disciplines both at home and abroad.It is an emerging cross discipline.It is a product of artificial intelligence,automatic control,operations research,computer science,fuzzy mathematics,neural network theory,evolution theory,pattern recognition,information theory,bionics,cognitive psychology and many other disciplines intertwined with each other,highly integrated and integrated,has a very broad application background.However,for the current intelligent control theory is not yet mature,there are many imperfect places and many problems that need to be solved in various intelligent control system structures and control algorithms,especially in the face of large-scale complexity control requirements.In particular,important carriers in the intelligent manufacturing process are high-intelligence factory systems,with a large number of subsystems and related to each other,the system has many evaluation goals,and different goals may conflict with each other.Therefore,the complex large-scale system control problem is usually lumped into zero and solved indirectly from multiple subsystems.The control of complex large-scale systems generally adopts multi-level and multi-objective control forms,and pyramidal hierarchical control is formed.structure.Considering multiple considerations,a new type of intelligent control strategy is proposed for large-scale intelligent factories in the intelligent manufacturing process.--Human Simulated Hierarchical Intelligent Control strategy based on deep learning in Intelligent manufacturing process.The intelligent control strategy analyzes the controlled object to form a human-like control law,and then combines the deep neural network with the human-like control theory and hierarchical hierarchical control theory to form an intelligent layered hierarchical intelligent control with deep learning function.The strategy controls the controlled object.In order to achieve better control effect of intelligent control,an intelligent optimization algorithm-Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm was added to make the parameters and structure of the intelligent controller more accurately approach the actual model.For this control strategy,a brand new inverted pendulum verification platform is also designed to verify the control strategy.The verification results show that the control strategy is effective and can be applied to practical smart factory projects.
