The parameters of multi-channel circuit include the amplitude-frequency andphase-frequency property of every channel, the consistency of every two channels, the state ofisolating and so on. In order to scientific and accurate evaluate performance of multi-channelcircuit, the parameters should be measured accurately, so that the performance of the analogcircuit can be evaluated correctly and then adjusted. But the majority of spectrum analyzercan not meet these requirements, so the development of such a system is necessary. This paperis to develop such a software of the system. The main contents of the paper are as follows:First, the measurement content and the definition of every parameter are shown in thepaper. The measurement includes amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristics,the consistency of every two channels, crosstalk between channels, gain, signal to noise ratio,harmonic distortion. After, the paper introduces the frequency domain algorithm andfrequency correction algorithm. By setting up the initial frequency, stop frequency, frequencyinterval, sampling points, sampling frequency, and increase the correction and compensationof the system, to reduce the measurement error, improve the accuracy of the measurementsystem.Secondly, the design and structure of software is analyzed from the whole, so that tograsp the design of the software from a global view point. The entire system is modular indesign ideas, from both hardware and software parts. The interface software of the system isdeveloped based on Visual C#combined with Measurement Studio. The lower computerprogram is developed by CCS3.3. These modules mainly includes the parameter configurationmodule, data display module, data processing module, database management module, reportmodule, data reading module, measuring instrument self-checking module, data accessmodule and debugging module.Finally, an experiment is carried out to verify the function of the system and thecomparison with manual measurement. The test content included filtering frequency,amplitude consistency, phase consistency, gain. The system presents by the results that thewhole system is reliable and feasible.
