Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of economy of China,the demand of oil as the lifeblood of the economy is also growing,the number of oil fields and oil wells are also increasing.In order to ensure the increase in crude oil production,oil production wells and related facilities must be in good order,so the need for real-time monitoring of the wells,running well according to the monitoring parameters,so as to be able to promptly identify problems,troubleshooting and security risks.With the need of oilfield automation production management,the traditional manual inspection of oil wells and the relatively backward monitoring methods have been unable to adapt,we must find a new monitoring solution to solve this problem.Oil well distribution is relatively remote,a large number,wide range,not too concentrated,the use of wired communication mode is not only the construction and operation cost is high,the data transmission is difficult,and is not practical.Not only can realize the data remote transmission of wireless transmission based on 4G network,and complete infrastructure construction and maintenance,low cost,high data transmission rate and stability,have very good development prospects in the field of oil well monitoring.This paper uses the.NET framework and Measurement bottle Studio as joint development platform,the development of configuration control flexibility and friendliness,the 4G mobile communication network high speed and stability,the design and implementation of remote monitoring and control system for oil well pressure visualization based on 4G mobile network.Remote pressure sensor to collect oil pressure data,through the 4G mobile network,sending data to the remote monitoring software system,monitoring system to receive the data,according to the analysis of communication protocol data,and the data is stored in the server database.Using Measurement Studio configuration control to create a virtual instrument,the pressure data in real time dynamic display in the virtual instrument,at the same time to determine the threshold of the pressure data,the abnormal data language alarm.Draw a part of time pressure data changed,and provide historical data query and print function,and finally form a monitoring report.In the process of the research on this system,the visualization of remote monitoring system can rely on 4G network transmission on the pressure data security and stability,and to the graphical display,storage and analysis of data,to meet the development needs of oil monitoring.
