The power system has generated a lot of relevant documents since the use of computermanagement. Due to different demand characteristics of systems, the document has a varietyof formats like Word, Excel, Access, JPG, PDF, AVI, TXT, etc. These data shows theheterogeneous characteristics. As those different format documents are scattered around thedifferent systems so that the user cannot find out the documents in a short time.In order to promote the integration and share of power system heterogeneous materials,this paper analyzes the customer’s need of from the different levels, districts, businesses. Thepublish mode of heterogeneous materials is designed according to the whole work process ofsystem, and the aggregation mode from bottom to top and up one level is proposedrespectively. The top-down pattern has the distinguishing features concludes distributionmode all over the various business, geographic region. UML is used to implement theoriented-object analysis and design of the final system and it can set up the blueprint for thefollowing programming. The while function model of system is built based on therequirements analysis. The coarse-grained use case is decomposed into many fine-grained usecases, for example the material management use case concludes publish material, findmaterial, update material, download material and so on. According to the analysis for dataentity of system, the easy to extensive data tables is built and created then in the SQL Server.Using MVC model to design the static structure diagram of system(class diagram). Thediagram includes model layer, controller layer and view layer. Each layer contains manyclasses, such as model layer concludes IPowerMaterial interface, PowerMaterial class andPowerMaterialEntity, etc. For a detailed analysis of each function and design and design adata query and display, data access applications, etc. Sequence Diagram (Sequence Diagram),as well as information dissemination and other interactive diagram (Collaboration Diagram).At last, using Visual Studio development tool and C#programming language to implementthe power system data management system.Power heterogeneous data management system that can be saved from different regions,different units of various formats heterogeneous power system data, the formation of acentralized power system integrated information database storage. System can accept different user data access request, and for data access rights management,complete data basic information, such as detailed information on the actual content displayedto achieve the power system information integration and sharing; complete data can also beupdated, the user permissions and other functions.
