The modern enterprise management mode for information management is moreand more prosperous, the information technology which leading with computertechnology plays a decisive role on the enterprise operation and management aspects.With the continuous expansion of enterprise’s business, the composite managementelements, such as markets and customers, are increasingly complexly, and there is aserious functions disjointed phenomenon in marketing and other managementprocesses. This is a potential cause of poor management for the enterprise market,customer’s satisfaction and value declined, and the movement of employs will incitethe losses of corporate customer’s data, so it is urgently needed a customer relationshipmanagement system to coordinate these contradictions.Enterprise information management environment usually covering differentbusiness applications, and the biggest obstacle for enterprise’s management is the poorcommunication, and difficult to collaborate between the business managementfunctions. Analyzing the modern enterprise information environment, we found thatthe key factor difficultly to cause collaborative is using inconsistency data in differentbusiness management functions. Based on the goals of enterprise data consistency andcoordination in enterprise management functions, the paper designed and implementedthe CRM system with congenerous and based on Data Service Driven, it is used toproviding the consistent integrated information environment for enterprise’s compositemanagement, and making all business functions work together.The CRM system with congenerous and based on Data Service Driven providedenterprise’s data integration platform, cleared the way to working together for allenterprise information management functions, and solved the enterprise’s informationinconsistency problem, it has some practical value and theoretical researchment valuefor the idea of enterprise’s management strategy and the integration for information inthe field of data integration. This paper solved two key issues, one is researched andapplied an integrated solution for enterprise’s information management and data-integrated platform, another is that given a cooperation working model for all enterprise’s information management functions. Meanwhile, the CRM system withcongenerous and based on Data Service Driven achieved a key goal-to realizeconsistency in enterprise’s management.The CRM system with congenerous and based on Data Service Driven respectedthe guidelines which is that building enterprise information management platform witha service perspective. The inconsistent of enterprise’s data information is failure indecoupling between business and data environments. A variety of MIS of enterprisedoes not work together, it is also failed with cannot decoupled the businessmanagement functions. The service philosophy in software is the excellent solution toachieve business integrating and decoupling, accessing to the data as a service, datamanipulation request as caller, and the data service component is the service provider,which decouples the business and data environment, so it is able to realize aconsistency and integrated enterprise data environment. Depending on the enterpriseservice bus-ESB, make the various mesh management functions into linear relationship,so as to realize cooperation environment. Based on the above strategy, the system useda service-oriented architecture SOA, focusing on the concept of service to understand asoftware system, using WCF technology as a means of exchanging information indistributed system. From an implementation standpoint, the CRM system is basedon.Net Platform, and the development language is C#, database environment is chosenas Sql Server2008, the process of developing is full applied a variety of popularsoftware technology and tools for system design and implementation. Focus onenterprise’s CRM concepts and practical application level in software domain, severalaspects is conducted in-depth research and discussion in this paper as follow.Firstly, describe the project’s background, status and CRM domain knowledge;Secondly, research the service concept in software, to recognize the softwaresystem from a service perspective;Thirdly, research a kind of reasonable comprehensive solution for dataintegration;Lastly, research a kind of collaborative working model for all enterprise’smanagement functions;...
