With continuous improvement and development of modern science and technology, network technology and computer technology have been applied and popularized almost everywhere. Thus the computer information management system has gained more and more attention. Corporate executives have gradually begun to realize the intrinsic close link between efficiency and modern techniques. In the increasingly fierce competition in the market economy, the scientific management and efficient systematic management began to bring a strong competitive edge the enterprise. On the other hand, in a market economy environment, as a service industry business-take theaters as an example of culture and entertainment enterprises-the only way to seize the initiative in the market economy is to win customers, which depends on whether a company can effectively meet customer expectations. In the fierce market competition, customer expectations are higher than ever on the quality of products and the services, which requires companies to conduct a comprehensive re-examination on customer’s expectations from the perspective of the customers. That means to attract customers to watch the show and also buy the services of the performance, fulfilling the value of their money spent. It was the motivation of such environment that has come into being the theater customer information feedback management system. It is important for the theatre to have a management system suitable for its customer information. With the help of function modules of theatre customer information feedback management system, companies will be able to apply customer’s information more accurately in order to provide customers with the best quality service to ensure ticket sales. With this system, publicity, ticket sales, customer service, stage management decision-making and many other functions all come into one, all of which cannot be achieved under the traditional manual management conditions. The existence of theater customer information feedback management system improves company’s work efficiency, and reduces advertisement costs. As it consolidates old customers, at the same time it also develops new customers by matching up what they need. Therefore, the design and development of theaters customer information feedback management system is of particular significance. The theater customer information feedback management system discussed in this paper is a platform built in an Internet environment based on today’s popular WEB technology. The system uses B/S (Browser/Server) architecture design to improve the maintenance of later period. It applies eclipse--the open source Java development platform with JAVA language in Windows operating system and develops accordingly with the framework of Struts based on MVC design pattern. With Oracle11G as the back-end database management, the system implements the Frame Data IBATIS which can design and achieve better Java application framework for data persistence layer to achieve access technology. It also uses a combination of JSP, JAVASCRIPT and AJAX to achieve the realization of foreground screen. In the white box testing, the automated test environment is built on Jenkins+Maven+Junit. The black-box testing uses the combination of Linux system with testing environment to simulate the system’s usage in real situation. The system has accomplished the following functional modules:customer information management module, online booking module, system management module, and repertoire promotion module, mail operations module, etc. This paper first discusses the background of the system’s development and the research status, followed with a description of the system’s functional and non-functional requirements. By introducing in detail the various modules of their functional requirements with a flowchart, the paper also gives a detailed database-design process and system security issues among others. Finally, we introduce various modules to achieve the system and then the corresponding code, as well as a summary for the problems that still exist in the system.
