Design And Implementation Of Hospital Information System For Primary Medical

This topic elaborates the design and implementation of medical system for primary medical institutions.Primary medical care is mainly targeted at community-centered community health centers in cities and village-level clinics and township hospitals in rural areas.At present,the level of basic medical information is relatively backward in most parts of China.Medical information is still managed on paper in some places.This paper introduces the research background of the subject,and expounds the research objective and content as well as the related work done by the individual in the whole subject.It introduces the related technical contents involved in the design and development of the whole system.The functional and non-functional requirements of the system are described,and the functional requirements are analyzed using use case diagrams.The overall design of the system is introduced.The network structure of the system is described in detail by using the network structure diagram.The software hierarchy diagram describes the overall architecture of the system and the design structure of the server and client.Function module hierarchy diagram introduces the design function points of the system.Entity relationship diagram to illustrate the system database table structure design.It introduce the interface design of the communication between client and server and the rules of system interface design.The detailed design of some modules of the system is introduced.The function flow of the system is illustrated by sequence diagram,the class diagram reflects the class structure design of client and server,and the component diagram illustrates the component structure design of client.It introduces the testing of some functions and the application of the system,Using black box for functional testing,and Using tools for performance testing of the system.At last,it summarizes the whole research and puts forward the prospect of the deficiency.The software system studied in this project has been officially promoted and used in some regions of China,making contributions to the construction of primary medical information.
