In recent years, the "web celebrity " phenomenon of diffuse in variousfields of network life, in some respects still deeply affects people’s real life.To the netizen cultural world outlook produces a lot of influence, extend theInternet discourse right; especially on the growth of teenagers have animportant role, caused the network youth vulgar culture phenomenon, so howto spring up network civilization, promoting the network civilizationconstruction, building a harmonious network, the positive publicity tostrengthen online, become the major issue facing to "web celebrity "phenomenon. The main mode of transmission “web celebrity " is spreading tothe dissemination of the contents to convey to the audience through the handsof the Internet through planned action information, publicity and to use mediain the dissemination of the body, the ultimate impact on the recipient’sbehavior, achieve the expected effect the first disseminator. With the Internetas a new media, Internet communication forms, the dissemination of thecontents in the current network under the condition of high technology rapiddevelopment, compared with the traditional media, the application of newtechnology of the Internet to promote the dissemination and the change ofcontext, the traditional discourse right solution, structure and content changeof mode of production to enhance the interaction between communicator andaudience. Application of high technology, the Internet accelerates the speed ofinformation dissemination and scope, can make the information transmitted toevery corner of the world in the network in a short period of time, enrich theforms of information, in the process of information dissemination,communicators, communication content, media, audience and communicationeffect formed in the process of communication.This paper is mainly by a method of combining literature reading andcase standing in the "communication" point of view, combined with"Semiotics" cultural theory to study the phenomenon of network stars. Thisarticle be based on the "semiotic" theory, the theory of "Cultural Semiotics"as the research foundation, the propagation process of five links as a startingpoint, in-depth analysis of the internal relations on the significance of symbolconsumption and culture, and Combined with the Web2.0network technology and search the corresponding communication theory.
