Micro-blog service in China has maintained a growth trend and set off another round of boom of the social media including We Chat since2010.And new media growth has led to the attention migration of net users. On the one hand, Internet users always hope to establish a propagation system like "the daily me" to actively respond to the pressure from the redundancy information. The other hand, Micro-blog could meet the user’s needs of Affiliation, Respect satisfactions and Self-actualization because of the empowerment of ICT the information network transmission has "decentralized" and "flattened". But there are various problems in the process of media use, indulged medium, the human search, privacy and so on.By cogitating internet media and new media, Micro-blog is like a double-edged sword. While ultimately an asset, it can also be a major liability to the users."The daily me" is the good wishes to control information, but it also may narrowed his/her views if improperly used."Information cocoons" is an inevitable phenomenon in the process of people use media, only in varying degrees. This article is based in the perspective of individual Internet users to explore the relationship between technology and society. Firstly, it has the characteristics of fragmentation, personal "information cocoons" and groups’"echo chamber" on the plate of Micro-blog. Analysis of the characteristics derived from the essence of the problem, the alienation of information. The fragmentation of information shows negative effects for the individual even becomes the dominance power to the people. Secondly, this paper analyzes the causes of the problem from these aspects, personalization of information service, subjectivity and network forming of the users,"collaborative filtering","selective psychology". Finally, the article discusses the effect of the issue. Lack of diversified information hinders All-round Development of Humans, and different opinions can not reach a consensus, even society would be split. The personal information is probably exposed on the internet more and more, and the privacy of net users may be used by others, advertisers, and network operators, etc. The new media monitoring system is like Foucault’s "Superpanopticon". It is a pity that free man is limited by "freedom".
