This paper treated the network soft article as a phenomenon of mass communication. It mainly focus on the text of medium soft article in the perspective of communication theory. Quite a lot of work has been done in the filed of network soft article, but mostly on its current situation The research on the emerge of the network soft article communication effect and the impact on the audience rooted on the communication theory is rare. This article attempts to analyze various factors of the communication in multiple perspectives and explores the communication mechanism and effect deeply. It uses theoretical analysis, case analysis and questionnaires comprehensively to study on the topic.This paper can be divided into five parts according to the systematic study of the network soft article communication effect. The first chapter is a literature review which includes the review of the research about soft article and summarization of the research on "soft article" and "network advertising". Based on the conclusions of these issues, the research objectives and questions are put forward.The main body of the paper is divided into four chapters The second chapter focus on the summary and simple analysis of the present situation of soft article network communication. At the same time, communication characteristics are summarized by combining the typical case and the result of the questionnaire.The reasons and influence of network communication mechanism effect is analyzed in Chapter3. And the pattern and strategy of the communication process is the first part of the chapter.The fourth chapter studies the communication effect of soft article. Based on the communication theory, this chapter analyzes its effect and function from the aspects of "persuasion" and "effect" respectively. The analysis is undertaken from both the communicator’s and receiver’s points of view It also studied the psychological process of the network soft article’s advertising effect by the audience psychological effect pattern in Advertising.Finally, combined with the result of questionnaires, this chapter clarifies the problems of the function the network soft article influence the audience.The fifth chapter is the suggestion about changing the negative effects in the process of the network soft article’s communication. It focus on various aspects of reasonable construction on the process of communication effect The last part summarizes the new phenomenon of the network soft article as this unique form of advertising and appeals to more research and breakthroughs.The psychology research shows that the effect in the process of audience’s "attention","memory" and "understanding" stages by network soft article is significant But the audience will not change their attitude obviously because of network soft article.The impact of the behavior of the audience is also little. But its negative effect in the process of communication can not be ignored. Specification for its healthy development should be paid more attention based on the rational usage of the network soft article.
