On the account of advanced weapons are expensive and operating skills are complicated, it requires a high level in individual operators’ abilities and training degrees, which contributes to the birth of simulation training skill. As the most basic communicated instrument in the Military, radio station is popularly focused for years. To satisfy the necessaries of a communication Company, with short-wave and ultrashort-wave as their main equipments, for the sake of convenience of management soldiers’ information, providing scientific training method and improving the training efficiency efficiently, all for the examine authority, it is urgent to design an simulation radio station system with the abilities of management, communication control and test evaluating.The thesis introduces the project required analysis, necessary key techniques and objective development processing. Based on the detailed requirement of Communication Company, project constitutes with two components which are hardware radio station and software system. Simulation radio station training and the management software system are the key component of this article. The system is developed by VC++6.0technique with system management, communication control and test evaluating, as a whole, providing interface-friendly, operating-simply and system-stably computer software. In the aspect of system management, we utilize ADO technique to operate SQL Sever2000data base, realize the function of operator and database management and operating statement testing. In the aspect of communication control, we adopt multi-thread serial port communication class to realize card logging in and communication control function. Including data sending agreement, feedback and mistakes resend agreement were designed to improve the stability of serial port communication. In the aspect of evaluation, realize training questions type-in, testing timer, performance type-in, export and statistic function. Base on PHP and Apache servers, a performance searching website is designed, in order to check the test result conveniently even without the software for the tester and soldiers. And in the final phase of system debugging, a communication debugging software was designed based on control order agreement to test and statistic the stability of control order delivery conveniently.This system has been tested and each function module basic meet the design requirements and had the desired effect, in the end, I put forward the system disadvantages and improvement plan and ready to continue improving.
