Large-Scale Laser Imaginginiegreted System

Laser active imaging with higher measurement speed, higher measuring accuracy and more mass measurement information, in large scale measurement technology, change the traditional artificial measurement point by point, the operation mode of large scale measurement towards automation, intelligent direction development important technical progress trend of industry, new and high technology, modern agriculture, the social development will produce an important and profound influence.Large scale laser imaging system is integrated with laser ranging technology, electronic compass magnetic gate technology, by a DC motor driven turntable servo system measurement module scan target area, to get the scanning path continuous measuring point distance data and magnetic azimuth information, with LABVIEW virtual instrument as the platform, the application of visualization programming calculation for final target morphology information scanning measurement system. The core and key technology not only laser ranging and electronic compass measuring angle, but also wireless communication module and view aiming module. This paper mainly studies the laser scanning system components selection, data communication, system control and precision control and software design aspects, this system is suitable for large scale, severe environment target the morphology of3D measurement, based on the large wind power tower drum shape measurement experiment proved in this paper the related theory and the feasibility of the method.The system’s main measurement sensor are laser range sensor and electronic compass sensor, in2D electric rotary stage, in order to turn table drive measurement sensor, let the laser beam scanning the target area to point distance and measuring the position information of laser ranging. Use LABVIWE virtual instrument platform system control software for data acquisition, data fusion and data calculation. For outdoor large size measurement of bad environment, the use of wireless WIFI communication module implements wireless a remote transmission, as well as through the view of measurement target tracking module, real time observation for large scale measurement provides the convenience.
