Since the beginning of the20th century over70years,the shortage of energy not only has been the world’s problem,but also theproblems faced by industrial enterprises.Efficient use of energy not only saved theinput costs of enterprises,but also was the foundation for protecting the environmentand establishing saving society.With the development of internet,the enterprisemanagement is gradually entering the information age.Information Management Systemenables enterprises to easily manage on a unified management to reduce manual errors.Theenergy management system is an important tool for scheduling the limited energy.Inorder to make more rational use of energy,Energy management system needs tocollect information on various aspects of energy in time,and analysis unified in theEnergy management system to manage energy convenient.Dalian Special Steel Co., Ltd. Energy Management System (DSEMS), based on the energy production and consuming, and further on the computer networks technology, is a incorporate system that integrates process monitoring and control, energy management, and energy scheduling, centralized controlling and effectively managing the energy system. Implementing DSEMS will evidently help to enhance energy scheduling, optimize gas distribution, and decrease gas escaping, as well as to increase environment protection, reduce energy consuming, and improve productivity and energy management level.This paper studies the designation and implementation of the DSEMS on which the author is working in Dalian production basement. Firstly the background and significance of the study is introduced, and then the general designation, the network architecture, and the software designation are researched in detail. At last, the paper presents the energy prediction model based on an intelligent regression method.The system based on the ring networkstructure.Energy information transmited to the control center station through separationstations and fiber optic and inside management network by the way of ethernet andmodule.The management computer carried out the system energy monitoring,energybalance,forcast and analysis and intelliigence decision-making through energyinformation statistics and analysis.It improved the automation level of productionprocess and information management so as to achieve the goals of economy-saving andreduce energy consumption in Daxuan plant.
