The Energy Management System Application In Biopharmaceutical Companies

Energy is the important material basis of economic and social development of our country. The efficient energy management plays a crucial role in the sustainable development of China’s national economy.Bio-pharmaceutical companies are characterized by the systematic demand and consumption for energy, more integrated, management complexity, uninterrupted supply, difficult to recycle and so on.Here we analyzed the processes and characteristics in the energy supply and management of a bio-pharmaceutical company. Finally, a targeted systematic solution for bio-pharmaceutical enterprise energy management was proposed.In this paper, we combined with relevant national policies and regulations, highlighted the important significant of energy management in business management, and analyzed the problems occurred in energy use and energy shortage. Consequently, we comparatively analyzed the applications of energy management systems in the field of bio-pharmaceutical from the management and application aspects. The whole assessment system covered the human resources, the techniques, the technological process which are associated with energy management.Establish a management class monitoring and management and technical indicators and monitoring, collecting traceability model, from the "energy monitoring technology" and "energy management system," the two were given control of the corresponding management methods, managers can generate reports and consumption to analyze, and ultimately get the appropriate management control and energy usage in order to identify key areas of the corresponding energy saving, targeted to strengthen energy conservation system.
