The Energy Management System of Yantai Petrochemicals Port Company is achieved by Titan Petrochemicals Port Development Co., Ltd for achieving port management of production, rational planning and using energy, reducing energy consumption of per unit production, and improving economic efficiencyThe aiming and task of this system is building an online, continuous, and real-time information management platform which is a construction of data acquisition, communications and data processing.The function of this system is monitoring, controlling, measuring and managing equipment by the harbor energy monitoring sites, configuring and setting common information, fixed information and relationship information mainly used in the production process, managing the daily work of the port, monitoring the real-time measurement points that users concerned with.This paper using the Rational Unified Process as a software development methodology, the unified modeling as an analysis and design description language, B/ S architecture as Technology platform. Implementing system's requirements analysis and designing to analyze the analysis and design parameter editing module, production planning management module, measurement management module, measuring equipment management module, monitoring equipment management module, the quantitative loading module.This paper not only analyzes the causes of development this project, describes the problem of this system solved, but also summarizes the system's overall situation,Firstly, this system combines UML,RUP and process model, regulates development norm and standards and improves the developing efficiency of the software developers.Secondly, Currently, there are two architectures:centralized and distributed energy management system architectures. The system uses "centralized/distributed" architecture as a hybrid model.Thirdly, The Energy Management System of Yantai Petrochemicals Port Company has a high requirement of security and stability of the system, the system uses the equipment redundancy design and other technology as dual servers, dual switches, data redundancy to improve system's performance.
