In the virtual reality technology of present day, the achievement of virtual reality scene rebuilding and making the wandering functionality has all along a very important part and research hot spot of that technology. Despite the past two decades, the technology of virtual reality scene reconstruction has a rapid development, but it still can’t satisfy the demand of virtual reality massive capacity scene model and landscape being rendered in the virtual reality scene with high efficiency. Meanwhile, when wandering in virtual reality scene, the programming functions of the path and the management of complicate terrain have a lot of research blind spot and shortcomings.This thesis focuses on the design and realization of a virtual reality scene reconstruction system, and on the basis of this fundamental, a virtual reality scene wandering operation can come true.The thesis firstly introduces the development history and present state of the virtual reality, the overall structure of OpenSceneGraph shape rendering engine and virtual reality concept graphs are being introduced afterwards. Nextly, a kind of human vision related four-fork tree landscape management calculating method is induced and discussed.The third chapter introduces the overall design and realization of the virtual reality scene rebuild system, also the design and realization of the core modules in system are introduced in detail.The fourth chapter introduced MFC structure and message communication mechanism, the collision detection module is being designed and realized later. Then, by using the principle of Cardinal cubic spline interpolation,the definition of a path is realized.Finally make the virtual reality scene reconstruction and wandering system come true.The final part of this thesis has analyzed and concluded the research and experiment,indicated the aspect of improvements,and the prospective of the future.
