With the development of computer technology and large scale integrated circuit and the birth of different microprocessors, the development of distributed control system is promoted towards miniaturization. Distributing control system shows on the large industrial enterprises, this kind of large system usually were not provided by the majority of common companys lack of capital. So the small and medium sized distributed control system is particularly important to the technical reform, the degree of intelligent of control system and the competitiveness.At the same time, focus on the development of miniaturization distributing control system, the wireless communication system and distributed control system is usually committed to actualize a function because the environment with a serious constraints. It would maybe be a new bright spot that wireless communication technology replace the cable connection in virtue of a wide application prospect which enhance the adaptability and reliability of system meanwhile low cost.In this dissertation, with the miniaturization, wireless and specialization and using the Information management of logistics warehousing as the research direction of the distribution control system, ARM microprocessor, the extension GPRS wireless communication module and RFID data acquisition module was selected as the core of lower machine.The system got the data of electronic label with RFID data acquisition module and then uploaded to the PC through GPRS wireless communication module, the upper machine design application program completed the connection with GPRS wireless communication module and data communication, and then processed, displayed and storaged the data. The application program could also control the RF module to read and write through sending the control instructions to the lower machine. The last, the test about all modules on the experimental platform of distribution control system and could meet the requirements of system function.
