With the rapid development of the Internet of things and the deep integration of the Internet of things and the logistics industry,in recent years,radio frequency identification(RFID)technology has been widely paid attention to as the key technology to construct the "Internet of things".RFID technology is introduced into warehousing management.In order to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of data collection in warehouse management,warehouse management,information tracking,distribution and other aspects of the data automation,intelligent management,and so on,the warehouse information collection,warehouse management,warehouse information tracking,distribution,and other aspects of the data collection automation,intelligent management,and other aspects of the logistics warehouse management data collection accuracy and effectiveness.Significantly reduced due to traditional manual operations The error rate and cost significantly improve the transparency and efficiency of the management of logistics warehousing,make the management of storage materials more efficient,sensitive and accurate,reduce the cost of management and increase the competitive advantage of enterprises.As Reader Antenna plays a vital communication role in the RFID system,antenna design and manufacturing technology of antenna and the performance of RF reader directly affect the function of the entire RFID system.In order to achieve flexibility,efficiency and accuracy of information gathering process in RFID system.In this paper,two application modules are designed and improved,one is a new circularly polarized microstrip antenna,using Rogers TMM4 as the dielectric layer via a coaxial probe radiation patch were feeding on the rectangular radiating patch two long sides use equilateral triangle cut.The cutting microstrip antenna works into a circular polarization,while increasing the operating bandwidth of microstrip antenna,reducing the reflection coefficient.One is radio frequency identification reader.The power amplifier amplifies the outputsignal of the chip R1000.In order to realize the remote reading and writing,the power loss is calculated by using the wireless transmission loss formula.The output power requirement and gain of the amplifier are given.The directional coupler uses a directional antenna to complete the task of receiving and transmitting RF signals,so as to reduce the interference between the two channels when receiving and transmitting,and to reduce the bit error rate of the reader.The hardware designed in this paper has a wide range of applications.At the end of this paper,the research work done in this paper and its deficiency are analyzed,and the results of RFID technology in logistics industry are analyzed.Further prospects for the development scenario.
