The Warehousing Logistics Monitoring System Design And Implementation Based On RFID

Object information acquisition，storage and transmission of modern logistics is theimportant technical characteristics and basic requirements. Today，in the face of hugecomplex logistics operation，only to realize the smooth flow of logistics and to ensure lowcost is not enough in the logistics industry of the rapid development. In the face of a largenumber of data acquisition，radio frequency identification technology that need to bulk targetidentification data technology，and need third generation cellphone(3G) information fasttransmission way. Therefore，this paper presents aRFID and3G with a new framework of logistics distribution system. The system has notonly RFID mass literacy and3G real-time transmission，but also the logistics distribution inthe commodity positioning and tracking，greatly improving the modern logistics in thecollection，transmission and database update speed.Based on RFID technology of warehousing logistics monitoring system，includinginformation collection module，data storage module and client module. It relates to theproblems including：how to acquire the large amounts of data；how to solve technicalproblems of RFID application；how to monitor transporting product after application ofRFID； how to design the system framework of scalable，economy and safe；how toimplement the supporting database system；how to achieve fast，convenient，accurate queryand statistical analysis on the client. Finally，in accordance with their own design，Icompleted the all function of the system. The combination of the RFID and3G technology can achieve the object of information non-contact mass acquisition and transmit withinformation to the backstage database，greatly improving the efficiency of logistics. At thesame time，it can facilitate the monitoring center on the item management，real-timepositioning and tracking Logistics distribution of the whole process，guarantee logistics forall the links and process are monitored in real time.Firstly，this paper introduced the domestic and foreign warehousing，logistics industry’sstatus and RFID technology．It integrates logistics industry development，combining with theRFID technology maturity，puts forward clearly to RFID in warehousing logistics applicationdevelopment prospect．Then，this paper introduces the design of the logistics monitoringsystem based on RFID，including the design of information collection system，informationstorage system design，application principle and implementation technology．Finally，itdescribes the system realization in detail．To sum up，the system can overcome shortcomings that the traditional informationacquisition of reading and writing in a short distance，a little scope and the deployment ofdifficulties，and propose the big range，multiple target tracking and information real-timetransmission scheme. Without increase in cost a lot done under the premise of current goodstracking and the fast inquiry，greatly improving the logistics requirements of real-time andreliability，so that the logistics management level and service quality to the next level.
