The development of high-tech, led to the rapid development of the logistics industry. However, warehousing and sorting as an important part of logistics management, its high-tech transformation is relatively backward. RFID as an emerging technology has many great advantages. It is small, extraordinary good performance, fast scanning, re-use, large data storage capacity and so on. Therefore, the main work is as follows:Firstly, this paper analyzed the feasibility of RFID technology used in logistics warehousing and sorting, and designed RFID-based warehousing and sorting logistics management system; It then analyzed and compared the principle and performance between the ALOHA-based non-deterministic anti-collision algorithm and binary-tree-based deterministic anti-collision algorithm. Based on the advantages and disadvantages of the above algorithms, it proposes an improved algorithm integrated with frame slotted ALOHA algorithm and lock bit anti-collision algorithm and dynamic binary tree anti-collision algorithm. The algorithm introduces idle slots contrast mechanisms to ensure the effectiveness of inventory slot and reduce instruction overhead; This paper implemented the warehousing management system based on the MFC VC6.0, and completed sorting module based on programmable logic controller, and gave the ladder. Finally, the simulation test of the algorithm and sorting module verified that the performance of the novel algorithm is greatly improved in terms of the transmission bit rate, instruction cost and throughput, the sorting system is feasible. This paper studied the RFID anti-collision algorithm in logistics warehousing and sorting system, then designed and implemented an automated logistics warehousing and sorting system based on the improved algorithm and programmable logic controller, and had some practical significance.
