Infrared temperature measurement is a new way of measuring temperature in recent years, it can caculate the target’s temperature by the corresponding relation exists between the target’s infrared radiation intensity and temperature. Compared with the traditional way of measuring temperature, it has the advantages of convenience, high-speed and non-contact, thus it gradually be taken seriously and widely used in many occasions of huamn’s modern life. Based on the research of infrared temperature measurement principle and algorithm, combined with the characteristics of embedded ARM, we did a further study of the infrared temperature measurement signal and processing system design.This paper introduced a infrared temperature measurement signal processing software system designed by Qt, which mainly has the following functions:receiving infrared image data effectively and real-time image display on the LCD panel; the display mode of infrared image like gray、pseudo color mode and the corresponding anti-color mode, and the different modes can be freely switched as required; the system has dot、line and area three methods for temperature measurement and temperature alarm function; which also can capture the infrared image data and save it to the SD card real-time, and add voice notes when it’s necessary; reliable file management system is provided which can help to view or playback the file that has been saved in SD card; friendly man-machine interface is designed for users to control system easily with several buttons.
