Rising in the1980s, the Electromagnetic Compatibility is to study and resolve operational electrical and electronic equipment in a variety of equipment and personnel on the surrounding electromagnetic interference generated, as well as being surrounded by electromagnetic interference generated by the equipment affected by the problem. The subject is now widely used in national defense, aerospace, transportation, industrial and civilian electronics industry.As one of the EMC tests, Radiated, radio-frequency, electromagnetic field immunity test has its purpose to detected susceptibility of electronic products to the external electromagnetic environment within a specific frequency range.In this paper, factors that may cause uncertainty of test results in Radiated, radio-frequency, electromagnetic field immunity test will be found, and method of control or reduce this uncertainty will be discussed with the purpose to improve radiated immunity test reliability and ensure the test quality control even optimization.
