The electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)test is the essential content in EMC design,and the radiated disturbance test is the most complex,time consuming and the most expensive project among the general EMC test projects.Seeing that the current domestic and international radiated automatic test systems widely exist the phenomena of weak generality,strong specificity,limited functionality,low compatibility with specific tests,as well as poor openness of commercial software,and problems of high cost of manpower and material resources,and low cost-effectiveness of tests exist in the manual testing methods currently adopted in the institute,hence,it is an urgent need to construct an automatic test system of radiated disturbance.This thesis carries out a detailed analysis of hardware and testing process in relation to radiated disturbance test.It conducts system configuration as well as software and hardware system integration by use of the institute's existing equipment.It designs the GPIB based automatic test program by utilizing the virtual instrument's development platform programming environment LabVIEW,realizes the automatic test of radiated disturbance in the institute,and also specifically discusses several key issues that required attention during the design process.The developed open automatic test system has been successfully operated,and can be widely applied to other EMC projects,with certain value for generalization.Besides,this thesis verifies the efficiency and accuracy of the completed automatic test system,followed by analyzing and calculating the uncertainty of the test system for those factors affecting the test results.Moreover,this thesis draws on the theoretical models of radiated disturbance to calculate the normalized site attenuation(NSA)theoretical value.By calculating the NSA data,it obtains the theoretical difference between 3m and 10 m distance test results.By using the designed automatic test system and based on the actual measured difference between 3m and 10 m test results from multiple sets of measurements,this thesis designs a test in order to explore and discuss the practicability of converting 3m test distance results into 10 m test distance results in the testing system. |
