The Design And Implementation Of Financial Budget Management System In Higher Vocational Colleges

Budget management is a very important link of funds management of higher vocational colleges. The effect of budget management directly affects the normal operation of the school. According to the characteristics of higher vocational colleges and their demands for financial budget, and combining with the domestic and abroad status quo of financial budget management system, this research aims to design and develop a vocational college financial budget system with perfect function, flexible operation, high expandability, security and stability, which will improve work efficiency of financial budget management in higher vocational colleges,This paper introduces that the connotation and traits of financial budget management in higher vocational colleges, the basic theory of budget management and corresponding technology of system development. It also analyzes comprehensively the feasibility of system development, the business process of the system and the system development needs for function, database, security, etc. Chapter4describes the design concept and system structure of the financial budget management system in higher vocational colleges from whole to part, macroscopic to microscopic, in four aspects, including the overall system design, database design, function module design and view design. Finally, starting from the implementation of user login and access control, this research elaborates on the realization of five subsystems, including budget preparation, budget management, budget execution, data management and system management. Then, this research tests and analyzes the expected effect of system operation.With B/S three-layer system structure and the Microsoft Visual Studio2010integrated development platform are used, this system takes ASP.Net as the front-end development language, SQL Server model as the back-end data development tools. Because of the maturity and advancement of technology platform, the system test and trial operational results show that it can complete the most function of financial budget management, manage different load pressure better and run smoothly without any exception. This system meets the design requirements of function and performance, and the needs of the financial budget management system in higher vocational colleges to some extent.
