Research&Realization On Remoting Control Of Embedded Camera Surveillance System In House

With the living environment’s continuous improving, our living comfort andhouse security was increasingly concerned by people than ever before. Meanwhile,the costs of software&hardware which related to House Survei llance are greatlydecreased, and this significantly lower the difficult of house surveillance’s developingand approving. In another hand, with the embedded technical’s developing, theInternet technical’s highly maturity and the spread of the high-speed network,net-based remote control becomes easier than before, and a trend from local control toremote control has came into the control area. Embedded camera surveillance&remote control became mutual more and more in such an environment.This thesis designed a Web-based embedded remote house surveillance systemafter deeply searching of present situation and developing trend of house surveillancesystem. At first, we studied the construction of embedded sytem and its developingenvironment as while as the embedded Linux migration to ARM. The desired systemuses the ARM-embedded develope chip S3C2440as the main device and Linux asembedded OS, this makes the system has a lot of features such as low power cost,convinient control, low cost and intellegent.The entire system uses the Boa as the Web server and uses the CGI method todesign the functions. We make the connection and usage of USB camera device intorealization by V4L driver archirtecture, and make a deep research and realization ofMPEG-4encoding algrithum and network transmmition by RTMP protocals. Thisproject mainly make research of Image matching technique based on local particularspoint, adjust these invalid feature points which is caused by lower image resolution ordeviation of image process, and efficiently filter these feature points in a way ofdistance weighted method. At the same time, combined with the motion detectiontechnology, this system realize the function of intrusion detection and monitoringsystem, through the third party SMS gateway interface, realizes the intelligent alarm.Application shows that the system realizes the basic function of home furnishingmonitoring/remote control. Through this system, only need a computer terminal to anetwork, users on the terminal equipment of video surveillance and remote controlthrough the Web browser without the need for special configuration.
