Cradle head camera is an important part of video surveillance systems. This thesis taked STC15F2K60S2 micro controller as the core, and developed a kind of cradle head control system which has functions of analog video acquisition display and remote communication. The article focused on several techniques, including remote control method and precise localization yuntai and video overlay display characters.The article designed system with remote control function by using radio frequency communication and RS485 bus technology. This paper solved the technical problems encountered in the design process, and completed the RS485 bus and wireless communication module of hardware circuit design function according to the specific requirements of the remote control function.The thesis studied the basic principle of stepper motor sports, and used two stepper motors to control the movment of cradle head camera in horizontal direction and vertical direction. The article designed the two kinds of method to control the stepper motor movement.The paper made a detailed study of the stepping motor subdivision control and the process of acceleration/deceleration, and established a variety of motion model.Finally, the thesis used a kind of stepper motor subdivision driver A3967 SLB to cotrol the stepper motor movement in horizontal direction according to the rule of S type curve algorithm, and successfully achieved the goals of scientific subdivision stepper motor movement.System designed a direction detection circuit to detect the movement direction of the step motor and sports circle number skillfully throughing the adoption of two hall sensors and digital logic circuit, and achieved the purpose of recognition and movement.
