Rectification is a distillation operation for separating different substances in the mixture. The separation method is to make the part of the mixture multiple vaporizating and multiple condensing. Some substances can be recycled in the spent liquor generated from chemical production. The approach of recycling spent liquor not only protects the environment, but also avoids wasting raw materials and money. Therefore, the rectification recycle device, which can recycle the spent liquor by means of rectification, has always been of great importance to the chemical industry.This Subject, take the requirements of the distillation column control system of a certain factory in Ying Kou, Liaoning province as the background, proposes the control scheme of the rectification recovery system based on the CAN bus. What’s more, this subject also takes the SHCAN2000field bus control system, a self-developed CAN bus-based system produced by Dalian SanHe Automation&Technology Co., Ltd. as the carrier of the control system. This system also employs multiple IPC, connected to the bus with the CAN network as the host computer, and meantime, uses the SHCAN6XXX of the smart measurement and control component to fulfill the tasks of controlling, monitoring and alarm of slave computer. As for the MMI, the system selects Kingview software (Ver.6.35), which is produced by Asiacontrol Technology Development Co., Ltd., as a supervisory control configuration.The rectification recovery system of this project has been formally put into use in the chemical plant since July2012. Its stable system and well-control effect not only showed the advantages of SHCAN2000fieldbus control system, but also powerfully proved the design rationality of this control system.
