With unceasing enhancement of the science and technology level, the operationsas curls-sending, receiving, transmission for the material in the production proceedare basically done automatically, but normally in the automated assembly line, thedeviation of production material have impact on the quality of products for variousreasons. In this paper, we designed a kind of deviation rectifying control systemwhich is high-sensitivity, stable-working, easy-configured and convenient based onthe existing deviation rectifying technology.In this paper, firstly we analyzed the achievements of existing deviationrectifying control system, then designed a kind of deviation rectifying control systemwith linear CCD as deviation rectifying sensor, ARM micro-controller as deviationrectifying controller, DC servo motor corporation with ball screw assembly asdeviation rectifying operation organization. Differs from traditional deviationrectifying control system based on linear CCD, the system in this paper allocatedARM micro-controller with strong functionality and color TFT with high resolutionon sensor side, provides capturing and visual setting of deviation rectifying criterion.At last, we tested the system. The result shows that the system introduced in thispaper is convenient for using also has high performance and friendly interface, theprecision of sensor is nearly±0.05mm. For all, this system has actual applicationvalue.
