Strip deviation control method currently used in the actual application effect is stillunsatisfactory, the system is complex and expensive, applicable occasions are limited, thelack of a kind of high precision and actual effect good strip deviation control method ofmany fuzzy switch control method could satisfy the requirement of this as a kind of stripdeviation control method, in-depth study of it is of great significance. In this paper, basedon the existing strip deviation control system, using advanced fuzzy switching controlmethod for rectifying strip test, the results show that the method improves the workingcondition of more strip automatic adjustment control system of precision, for developedthe higher precision of strip processing control system provides a new direction. Mainresearch contents are as follows:First of all, the multi-model switching control is put forward to this kind of advancedcontrol method used in the strip correction system. By theoretically expounds thesuperiority and applicability of the multiple model control theory, and analyzes thefeasibility of switch control used in the correction system, and proved the multiple modelswitching system stability and reliability, for its successful application in switch rectifyingsystem provides a strong basis.Second, using the related switch control optimization algorithm of the maximumprinciple, to preliminary optimization of switching strategy, using the method of hysteresisswitching in the actual switching strategy to further optimize the switching, through theacquisition of the signal and simulation calculation results are analyzed, the results showthat the hysteresis switching method while there is transfer switch, switch but the overalleffect is very smooth, the desired effect, and meet the practical requirement of switchsystem theory. Use the method of simulation experiment, choose different types of signalinput, through the output comparison also shows that the correction system based onswitch control method is reliable, thus verified the multi-model switching control to theadvanced control method applied to the strip correction system.Again, the design and construction of a more suitable for the strip correction fuzzyswitching control is at the core of the controller. Selecting appropriate control chipcontroller was produced and processing, testing improvement control procedure, choosereasonable displacement sensor, photoelectric sensor, automatic edge finder and otheraccessories switch control platform, the platform of the field test results are compared withsimulation test results analysis, switching controller design is relatively reasonable, can effectively control strip deviation, rectify the desired effect...
