This topic is aimed at achieving an industrial controller design based on EPA Industrial Ethernet communication protocol.In recent years, with the strong support and input of national authorities, China’s industrial automation technology has made rapid development. Usually, an integrated automation network platform should include the industrial field device layer, control layer, the management layer and many other field devices, and at present, many companies need to establish enterprise information system based on industrial network technology. Presently, as China’s first national standards fieldbus with independent intellectual property, it has made rapid development in the domestic EPA real-time industrial Ethernet communication protocol, so the design of on-site controller based on the EPA real-time industrial Ethernet communication protocol is also an urgent need to complete and develop. The core of EPA on-site control device is based on the EPA’s on-site controller design, so the design of an EPA-based industrial controller can well meet the requirements of industrial control and realize integrated automation network management.At the same time, it can not only provide independent control functions, but also form a fieldbus control system interconnected by a network, so that it has made a significant impact on the development of EPA real-time industrial Ethernet.The design of industrial controllers based on EPA protocol stack in this subject as a control device of the industrial field.has input and output interfaces,it can be connected with many field devices and the on-site monitoring equipment, as well as with other intelligent controller and PC network communications.This issue detailed the EPA-based industrial controller hardware solutions, including the minimum system, core processor, Ethernet controller circuit, memory expansion circuit, as well as industrial semaphore level conversion circuit, and gives a detailed circuit diagram of the various sub-circuit. In addition of,this topic also gives the industrial controller software flow chart design of this project and some of the key code at software design; Finally, the topic also introducts the controller debugging.
