Civil air defense alarm control system is set up in order to prevent external attacks and respond to emergencies, which is the focus of national defence construction, therefore has a set of efficient civil air defense alarm control system is essential. And terminal controller, camera terminal and indoor monitoring platform equipment installed on site, which can realize remote real-time monitoring of site condition and control the state of terminal. While anti air raid, major disaster or emergency is arrive, which can immediately issued a warning to inform the masses. It is effective to reduce the country and the people’s loss, while the country and people’s safety is ensured. Combined with the actual needs, this subject has designed and developed a terminal that issues the alert under a variety of modes. A complete civil air defense alarm system is made up of the terminal and central server and other equipments on site, which realize management and control of intelligent.The main work of this paper are as follows:1. Based on a large number of queries and detailed view of related literatures about domestic and international civil air defense alert construction, the present development situation of domestic and foreign civil air defense alarm have been analyzed, and a design of defense alarm control terminal which achieves multi network combination and high stability has been proposed.2. The design of a civil air defense alarm terminal controller was based on STM32, with STM32F103VCT6 as the core control terminal, the hardware circuit consists of 2G/3G remote data transmission, LAN data transmission, data acquisition and processing module, the alarm signal control module, lithium battery automatic charging module and so on. And the preparation of the application procedure is embe- dded real-time operating system based on μC/OS-Ⅱ, realizes the switching and multi task scheduling, improve the real-time performance of the whole system.3. Establish a multi-network on the basis of the original equipment integration, which can control, monitor through FM, Ethernet,2G/3G communication networks, and other communications networks and other means, work in the first-come, first-served (FCFS) mode and make full use of various networks features and advantages of different environments.4. The performance of the terminal controller is verified through the debug, which achieve docking terminal and server in the case of network flow, the timeliness and completeness of the data reception and transmission is verified.5. Finally, make a summary the whole paper and hope for great improvement of the design and research about this subject.
