In recent years, China’s sustained economic development, China’s growing demand of oil for industrial and oil for life. In oil production and sales in one of the most important part is the product of automatic quantitative loading and hair oil control, how to reduce the unnecessary in the automatic quantitative loading and hair oil control error, and reduce the manual operation, reduce the occurrence of cheating to steal oil phenomenon,these problems can be necessary to oil production and sales, faced with the problem of oil depot to realize the production and sale of automatic quantitative loading control is increasingly urgent.Quantitative loading system monitoring and control system designed in this paper is mainly composed of the batch controller, flow meter, temperature transmitter, oil spill electrostatic protector, monitor the operation station, etc. System can realize automatic hair oil, the function of the centralized management; For all kinds of fault alarm, have spilled oil electrostatic protection and emergency stop protection. System to monitor the whole loading process, on-line monitoring various cranes a state of hair oil. System can be customized print loading data, and store these notes, has the identification function of the password. When monitoring station can’t operation, the system can easily switch to the single loading model for in situ loading at the scene. System can be prepared to accept the management network of production data and production plan to arrange the production, the production of a variety of reports.Quantitative loading control system based on STM32 design in this paper, the core equipment for oil batch controller using microprocessor chip STM32F103ZET6 as main control chip, with mature hardware circuit design, software design, friendly very good completed the design target and design content of this article.
