Research And Design Of Healthcare Self-Management System For Gravidas

With the increasing enrichment of both material and spiritual civilization, the continuous improvement of female status in the social division of labor and the inverted triangle family structure under China’s one-child policy, child has become the overarching concern for every member within the family. Besides, as gravidas have the closest relationship with the babies, they receive more and more attention from themselves and other family members. However, the existing pregnancy health management products and services cannot meet the users’ demand. Based on the investigations of the existing products and user studies, this paper aimed at finding out the need and expectation of the Chinese gravidas. In addition, a product was designed in order to provide a feasible solution for the gravidas’health self-management during the pregnancy.In order to find out the real and potential demand of the users, studies on the target users have been done in this paper with the methods of observation method, interview method and questionnaire method. By analyzing the existing products and services, problems and superior have been concluded. This paper indicated designs of product functions, business models and interactive interfaces on the basis of products status analysis and user study, so as to guide product design and development.Compared with other products of the kind, design of health self-management system during pregnancy includes software service system design and terminal products design, which covers the service functions of the health management, educational knowledge and social communications. This design breaks the one-way information transfer mode of traditional products. A health management process has been designed consisting of information collection, analysis, assessment, solutions and execution, which provide a health management service with individuality and humanization.This paper not only designed a health self-management product for the gravidas, but also introduce the matched the business mode and technical assistance. In addition, this paper looked into the extensible product service in the future and provided an integrated, feasible and sustainable solution of gravidas health self-management.
