Microblog For The Construction Of Public Discourse Space

In recent years, a new way of communication microblog appeared, and with its two-way selection mechanism of concern, brief content editing, real-time information, broadcast public dissemination features are subject to widespread pro-gaze. The rapid development and the huge influence of it are unexpected by so many scholars. As the media,microblog greatly liberated the people’s right to speak, stimulated the enthusiasm of the people to participate in discussion of public affairs, played a vital role in the construction of a new public discourse space.As a symbol of reflecting a national democratic state the public discourse space plays an increasingly important role in the country’s democracy and legal process. It is a bridge between the state and society, reflects the social public problems and opinions in the form of public opinion, checks and balances the national power, and provides reference basis for the country’s policy making. Especially in today’s network information age, the national consciousness and common awareness of power generally rising, the force of public discourse space become strong, which is a great challenge to the national government’s ruling ability.Microblog as an emerging thing, which greatly expand the public discourse space, should be drawn great attention of academia and politics. But our study in this area is still limited. This paper is from the concept of public discourse space, theoretical sources, and combined with the change in media technique introduces its development in our country,and through the investigation to the microblog information propagation mode and the contrast analyzes the microblog for the construction of public discourse space, finally is my think about some problems that exist in the microblog for the construction of public discourse space and some ideas to solve these problems.
