As TV, blogs, micro-blogging is the result of the development of science and technology, and the new phenomenon of the age of the Internet, in which they arise initially been a large number and a wide range of uses. Its openness, equality and extensive topics provide a new platform for public sphere in modern society. With BBS and other Internet Medias, micro-blogging formats an online public sphere, which promotes the democratic process of the modern society.However, micro-blogging becoming a public sphere is still undecided in the current academic circles. How and having what disadvantages to be a public sphere and so on, these questions are built on the road to build a public sphere.To solve the above problems, through case law and literature and other methods, this paper analysis the developing course of the public sphere in the first part, and discusses the development of the theory of the public sphere in the Internet age to provide theoretical support for a feasibility study of the micro-Blogging in the public sphere.In part Ⅱ:The article summarizes Micro-blogging characteristics of which correspond to public sphere, and contact reality, pointed out that the Micro-blogging What progress has been made in the construction of the public sphere. Especially the article advances the feasibility of building a circle of international public sphere.In part Ⅲ:points out the hardship suffered by the micro-Blogging in the process of building the public sphere, including the theoretical basis, the plight of media ecology and micro-blogging own deficiencies.In Part Ⅳ:According to the behavior of the micro-blog operators, points out its realistic approach towards the public sphere; response to the issues raised above, to give specific suggestions and strategies, makes the public sphere micro-blogging more in line with Habermas ideal Context.
