Design And Implementation Of Education Management System For Xinjiang Agricultural Vocational And Technical College

Xinjiang Agricultural Vocational Technical College was national demonstration vocational college, have higher demands for educational administration, especially in the aspects of student payment and teacher workload management which are involved with the vital interests of teachers and students. Now the college still operates manually, easy to make mistakes, having heavy workload and low efficiency. Urgent need to mature in line with my school and student characteristics of the workload management fee management education management system.In this thesis, the education management system of Xinjiang Agricultural Vocational Technical College is developed, wich is an IT service system that is based on the platform of campus information technology infrastructure and used for education administration. This system provides solutions to the above problems. It offers basic teacher management module, student management module as well as notice and news management module on the basis o analyzing the actual demands of the college, in which it has emphatically designed and implemented the teacher workload management module and student payment management module, realizing the recording, calculating and statistical analysis of teacher workload and student payment, facilitating the daily use of teachers and students, providing relative statistical analysis information for school leaders and improving the education management benefit and level.This system replies on the B/S development mode which is popular currently, and adopts modular ideas. Its backend database employs SQL Server, while foreground uses ASP language to develop. Based on researching relative technologies, this paper illustrates the system in demand analysis, general design, and system implementation according to the thinking of software engineering. After system testing and practical application, it can be found that this system can satisfy the daily demand of college education management, solve the problems practically existing, and has achieved expected effects in data analysis and statistics.
