The Design And Realization Of Teachers’Wordload Statistics System Based On SSH Framework

The workload of teachers means the teachers engaged in teaching activities, the sum of the resulting work quantity and quality. It is not only a direct measure of the teaching work of the teachers performance evaluation of teachers, but also the important indexes for evaluation. Current, deepen the reform of education and teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges under the background of scientific statistics, the workload of teachers, has become the teaching reform, personnel, fund performance allocation important basis. At present a lot of College statistics teachers workload, still using the traditional manual recording mode, waste of human and material resources, low efficiency, but also the inevitable human data error. There are also some colleges and universities develop C/S system statistics, due to its high development costs, upgrade maintenance difficulties, interface is single and the poor transplantation, determines the mode of the developed system can not adapt to workload statistics.This article is against a background of developing teacher’s workload statistics system in one university of Guangxi, the related teaching workload statistics system construction technologies for in-depth study, in system development, the frame selected the most popular lightweight frame combination technique of J2EE SSH (Struts+Spring+Hiberaate), the backstage database selection is currently the mainstream relational database MicroSoft SQL Server2005, and the system development tool selection MyEclipse. Besides the analysis summary related to theoretical knowledge, but also elaborated oneself development method and key technology, such as software architecture, design patterns, MVC model, SSH common framework. In the development, by the object oriented method for statistical system needs analysis, design the system of UML use case diagram, and then complete the database design and the system realization. In addition, according to the Institute actual situation, definition of workload statistic method, and emphasizes the implementation of SSH framework. Finally, through the system each function screenshots, showing the workload system concrete realization.After the workload statistics system putting into test in university, its operating results show that the system can well meet the demand of Guangxi Agricultural-vocational Technique College of Agriculture teachers’workload statistics, received the majority of the staff’s praise, but also standardize teaching workload statistics, save a lot of manpower and material resources, but also ensure the accuracy of data.
