Design And Implementation Of Comprehensive Educational System Of Software School

Software School of Dalian University of Technology locates in development campus, it is inconvenient for people to interact with the headquarters. As a secondary college, there are more students compared with other colleges. And Software School has much more independence on administrative management. This system is designed and implemented to meet actual needs of Software School and improve the efficiency of daily educational management work.This paper is based on the object-oriented theory in software engineering, and analyzes detailed from the perspective of user and database. This platform adopts a modular thinking and uses MVC three-tier design pattern. The system consists of three main modules: undergraduate module, graduate module and integrated service module. Each module contains a number of functions. Undergraduate module contains undergraduate grades administration, Graduation project and many other functions. Graduate module mainly provides the Graduate grades management function. Integrated service module has many different functions, such as workload assessment, reform management and course arrangement. Then this paper describes work aims to improve efficiency of the system on the basis of functional correctness. A special kind of cache module is used in this system designed according to this system’s feature. Unlike other caches’ design, this cache is a kind of inner process cache, which can significantly reduce average response time of system. The message queue technique is used in Graduation project function to resolve the concurrency control problem and inconsistencies brought by multithread access. The use of Graduation project recommendation enrich ways of getting information and improve the user experience.This system has been tested and it has been used for a long time. Currently, the system is running well and brings great convenience to daily management work.
