| With the development and popularization of the Internet,more and more property companies began to try to use the Internet to achieve property management and office.Especially in the influence of "Internet plus" and drive,making "Internet plus property management has become a new direction of development in the property industry.The traditional property management has many shortcomings,mainly the property company business processing efficiency is slow,the owners of the property company's service quality is generally dissatisfied.With the rapid development of the mobile Internet,smart phones APP also emerge in an endless stream,the use of the existing O2 O model,making it possible to design a property management APP.Since then,the owners can directly through the mobile phone APP for business,greatly saving costs,improve efficiency.This paper focuses on the demand analysis,design,implementation and testing of a real estate company's APP.First of all,starting from the background,analyzes the domestic and foreign community management status quo and examples,describes the practical significance of the real estate management system;and then,starting from the user by user needs analysis,then the business needs analysis,finally summarizes the functional requirements;after completing the requirement analysis,system function design and process drawing from the mobile phone APP client and property administrator back-end;finally realizes the function of user login,online payment,online repair,complaints and suggestions and community communication module;finally,according to the test case using the black box testing for functional testing,and use the tools to complete the performance and safety testing,the test results show that the APP can achieve the expected goal in functionality,performance and security.The operation results of the system,the owner can through mobile phone APP to complete the community bulletin view,complaints and suggestions submitted,and pay thecost of community basic business,property managers through the backstage system of realizing the announcement,complaint handling,payment reminders and repair processing business,very good with the owners launched a service request.The function of the APP is in line with the business needs of the community owners and property companies,and sub modules to facilitate future development and optimization. |
