The Design And Implementation Of Residential Property Management System

With the rapid development of the economic, the level of urbanization has achieved a great improvement. The scale and quantity also achieved a great improvement. These improvements promote the development of the property industry. With the rapid development of the computer and the internet, The traditional residential property management system can not satisfy the requirements of property industry. So, developing a residential property management system which can satisfy the requirements of property industry become very important.Through the thorough investigation and study of residential property management, the residential property management system functions was made detailed analysis and gives the use case diagram of each user role. In this paper, The residential property management system is divided into tenants query module, service application module, building decorated module, industry authority query module, fee query module, owner management module, charge management module, community fire module, cleaning greening module, industry authority management module and other module, the query module is provided for the tenant. Services application module, building decorated module,industry authority query module, fee query module oriented owner, owner management module, charge management module, community fire control module, cleaning greening module, industry authority management module are provided for the system property. This article also have the database designed,which was conducted by the design pattern of MVC, which makes the system has the extendibility. This system has a high cohesion and low coupling.Finally, we conducted the function test of the residential property management system,through the test results,we can concluded that the residential property management system has realized tenants query module, service application module, building decorated module, industry authority query module, fee query module, owner management module, charge management module, community fire module, cleaning greening module, industry authority management module.This has a great help for improve the working efficiency of the users of the system.
