The Design And Implementation Of Digital Archives Management System For Yingkou Development Zone

With the development of informatization and networking, the focus of city planning archive management has been shifted from the management of hard copy archives to the management of digital archives. The efficient management of digital archives has become one of the fundemantals of rapid city development.According to the requirement of the archive management proposed by city planning deparment of Yinkou Development Zone, this article designed and implemented digital file oriented archive mangement system. On the basis of full analyzing on the requirement, this article presented the architecture and concret methods for constructing archive management system. Moreover, the idea of system design is explained in the article. The system is designed to be mainly used by archive maintaining operators and archive retrieving users. The main modules inside the system including archive creating, archive maintaining, archive retrieving and system management. The system is developed in B/S architecture with the help of Visual Studio2010and MS SQL Server2008.By black-box testing, the system is shown its ability to fullfil the requirement of managing digital archives efficiently. Accidentally, the solution proposed in this article has the capability of supporting extension of the system in the future.
