| As the main hoisting equipments, Multi-rope friction hoisting equipments play an important role in the operation of coal mine safety, related to staffs basic mining safety. Our nation pay a lot attention to coal mine safety production. The four hundred and twenty-third clause of the coal mine safety regulations has exactly pointed out that: the difference of any hoisting rope tension can not more than10%on average. In the long run, there are overload of wire rope, unbalance of wire rope and such problems which can affect not only to the machine performance, but also will reduce the wire rope’s actual ability, fatigue damage and friction liner early scrap and even cause serious slippery rope, etc. Therefore, in the process of wire rope detection of hoisting cable actual tension and its variation, it has very important significance to the safety of the coal mine hoisting equipment operation and maintenance of wire rope.By comparing the different sensor principle thesis, we determine use the strain sensor to realize cable tension measurement. The sensor is mainly composed of elastic element, the base and the ball head, in which the elastic body is the core part. The sensor adopts spoke-like structure which has many advantages of big range, small height and so on. Through screw dispatch can make the elastic body and the base connect tightly. Through screw thread connection and thread slot to make the ball connect closely with elastic body.Under the software of Solidworks, importing the model off elastic body and using Solidworks Simulation to optimize its parameters, meanwhile adopting the software of Ansys to do the modal analysis, and finally using the orthogonal test to calculate the best parameters. Secondly, choosing the appropriate material to every part of the sensor and analyzing the mechanical1manufacturing performance of the sensor. Finally, the patch on the elastic element and through a bridge circuit, its signal can get the final signal. Through analyzing the static performance index, the sensitivity and linearity of the sensor is obtained and other technical indicators. |
