Vibrating wire surface strain sensor working principle based on vibrating wire natural frequency change, which is made by vibrating wire tension change.Vibrating wire surface strain sensor is widely used in Civil Engeering field with zero point stability and easy remote and easy to digitize.Vibrating wire surface strain sensor is designed and researched by empirical formula and test.lt is already not researched extensively by finite element aided design.Through sensor status research and exciting pick-up working principle analysis,Vibrating wire surface strain sensor based on the finite element design and analysis is proposed.Firstly, vibrating wire is designed and the characteristic is analysed. And rationality of vibrating wire design is verified by Ansys modal analysis. And then,the structure of vibrating wire surface strain sensor is designed.With prestressed vibrating wire transient response is analysed by Ansys modal superposition. And optimal vibrating wire pulse excitation force is obtained, which is satisfied design request.Electromagnetic coil is designed useing the force of the resulting, and Exciting pick-up mechanism design is finished. Finally,principle prototype is made and the design rationality is proved by testing principle prototype.
