Wheat is one of the major grain crops in China. Sowing is the first link of crop farming,and it has an important effect on crop yield.Recent years, with the continuous adjustment ofindustrial structure of agriculture and the innovation of the mode of production, thetraditional planting mode has been unable to meet the needs of the economic and socialdevelopment. At the same time, because of the advantages of saving seeds, reducing the costand increasing the yield and other advantages, precision seeding has been the maindevelopment direction of modern seeding technology. In this paper, for the purpose of furtherimprovement of the wheat yield, we do the exploratory study about "double precisionseeding" technology. Compared to the "single precision seeding"," double precision seeding"has more effective use of field space, light, water and fertilizer. It makes the wheat individualwhich has been concentrated in a row uniform distribute in the dual space at a substantiallyconstant spacing. It has the rational use of the wheat rows and space. So it effectively avoidedthe malpractice of mutual shading, striving for water and fertilizer, and it can not be usedeffectively about light,water and fertilizer in the original line. In view of the advantages ofdouble precision seeding. This topic sets out from two aspects about mechanics and controls.It develop the sample machine of stepless regulation doublet wheat precision seeding aboutair suction type.At present, most of the wheat seeders use the completely mechanical control model andseed by the land wheel drive. Because of the complex working environment, the land wheel iseasy to slip, so the seeding effect is not ideal. In addition to the traditional broadcast andcommon drilling is easy to cause the seed soil cover of different depth. It is very easy to formthe phenomenon of "pimple seedlings" and " Chicken seedlings". It is seriously affected thegrowth and yield of wheat. The seeding operation has been plagued by high labor, lowefficiency and other negative factors. Based on the above issues, this paper will introducecontinuously variable transmission system of car into seeder. In order to achieve the kind ofdistance constant, improve the precision seeding, adapt to a variety of fields of farming; Ittakes the power output from the rear of the tractor as the power source and it takes noadditional power source. It avoids cumbersome procedures of battery charging again andagain. It greatly reduces the application cost. Using "suction" precision seeding scheme,seeding every grain accurately can reduce the waste of seeds, and improve sowing quality. Remove the wheel. In order to avoid the planting performance instability caused by wheel-slip, it will use a feedback system. The design will transfer two signals about velocity andspeed by Bluetooth wireless transmission module. It improves the flexibility of every part’s layout and the effective utilization rate of space. The subject conducts the indoor simulationexperiment about the prototype. The results show that the prototype fall precisely. The error issmall. Seeding is uniform. The space is constant. It can effectively adjust the parameters byartificial control window. It can timely alarm when meet the abnormal condition and meet therequirements about further promotion of field application. It lays a foundation for furtherimprovement and extension for double precision seeding technology.
