The wheat precision seeding technology is one kind of advanced cultural technique, which can make the development of our country agricultural production to the ecological agriculture and the quality efficiency agriculture, which is one directions of seeding mechanization development. The precision seeding technology is most effective ways to increase the yield of wheat. For any kind of drill, the core is the seeding mechanism, it is the important parameter to drill on the quality and performance of work. Whether the drill can meet the requirements of agricultural technology or satisfaction to a great, it is largely depended on the seeding mechanism's working condition. According to the project request of the Shandong Province science and technology hall of "The Key Technologies Development and Applied Research of Wheat Precision Seeding Robot ", the wheat precision seeding mechanism based on image processing is studied. And the data got from the study can provide basis on parameters which the robot depends. Main research as follows:(1)From analyzing the structure principle of wheat seeding mechanism, the structure program of wheat precision seeding mechanism is proposed, at the same time the structure and parameters of wheat precision seeding mechanism are designed. According to the principle of hydromechanics, the dynamic model located in the suction hole, the filling seed area and the carrying seed area and the casting seed area are founded. Using three-dimensional modeling software and Fluent which is the fluid dynamics simulation software, it has carried on the three dimensional simulation analyses to the different design parameter of air chamber flow field. The optimization air chamber depth structure and the optimum diameter scope of air-suction hole are obtained.(2)The test about wheat precision seeding mechanism is designed for testing the rowing performance of the seeding mechanism. The automation control technology is used to realize that the motors of seeding mechanism, belt and the fans can change their speeds infinitely variably. That makes the test work stably.(3) The distances of wheat are measured by image processing software through noise removal, thresholding, edge detection and other steps. And the distance of wheat will be calculated. In the end, performance of the seeding mechanism is given.(4)Using quadratic regression analysis, the results are analyzed. To indistinctive parameter items in variance analysis were eliminated, then carry on the quadratic variance analysis again to guarantees reliability and significance of the regression equation. Finally, the regression model is analyzed.
