Research And Implementation Of Data Acquisition System Based On Mobile GIS Technology

Mobile gis is a computer system,which is based on the embedded system and integrating the advanced mobile computing technology, mobile positioning technology, mobile communications technology,for the purpose of enhancing the capabilities of the gis data acquisition and data management.With the increase of the embedded computing power,the rapid development of mobile positioning technology and mobile communication technology,using mobile gis to proceed data collection that relation with location becomes an important application direction.The paper starts from mobile gis’s research and the development conditions in the domestic and foreign,elaborates the open problems at the aspect of gainning geography information motionly and the application significance of developing mobile gis at this aspect. Then,on the background of the land use.the paper analyzes the related technology of mobile gis and gps developing,proposes and developes the data acquisition system based on mobile gis, aimming at the problems of the low gathering data precision and the efficiency in view of in the traditional mobile data acquisition way as well as questions that the existing mobile data acquisition system stresses on space position survey and so on.More importantly,the system can save the collected data,converts it into an electronic map that contains the spatial information, realize the data reuse. At the same time,it can bring about the data upload and download and map data updated in real time in field. Finally,this paper introduces the applications of the system in some industries and the prospect of future.
