With the development of microelectronic technology, the embedded system has been widely used in various areas of the family and industry. Its amounts have already far more exceeded all kinds of universal computers. On the other hand, the Internet has become one of the most important foundational information establishments of modern society. It's necessary to realize the remote control, the net measure of the parameters and the information share etc, so an important technology is the realization of embedded TCP/IP protocol stack.In this study, a popular system frame has been introduced, which can be used for the exploitation of most embedded devices.We have simplified the TCP/IP protocol and made it running on the ARM9 MCU. In addition, in order to improve the reliability and ensure the stable running of the TCP/IP protocol stack, an embedded RTOSμC/OS-Ⅱis introduced during the program designing. On the base of the software, we have designed a network MCU data acquisition system.
